How do reminders work? Birthdays schedules local notifications on your device — on the day, or 1, 3, or 7 days before. No servers involved.

Can I import from my Calendar? Yes. With your permission, Birthdays scans for birthday events you choose to import. Nothing is imported until you confirm.

Is there a subscription? No. Birthdays is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions, no ads, no tracking.

Where is my data stored? On your device. You can optionally enable iCloud sync to keep birthdays across your own devices.
